One if my favorite drinks on a chilly day off is an Earl Grey Tea Latte. It is the best of both worlds. On one hand you have the soothing herbal flavor of earl grey tea, and the thick creaminess of a latte. I also add some vanilla syrup for a little bit of sweetness.
The most important thing when it comes to making tea lattes is to steep the tea with boiling water for at least five minutes before pouring the milk in order to extract all of the flavor from the tea bag or loose leaf tea. For the best results use a 1:1 tea to milk ratio. You can also ask your barista to add espresso shots to the tea latte for an extra punch. Below are some popular tea lattes.
