Latte Art

They say practice makes perfect. Wrong. Latte art will never be perfect. After two years of practice I can say I am finally confident with heats and ferns. They’re cute but they are two very simple designs. This is not to discourage anyone though, that’s the fun of latte art. You can spend a lifetime doing it and there will still be room for improvement, and the best part, you can drink your art afterwards. Here’s how you can become a better latte artist.

You want to perfect your milk steaming first as this is the most important aspect of latte art.

Start pouring high and slow, then bring the pitcher low.

Pour more milk as your bring the pitcher low to expand your design.

You won’t get better over night!
